Absolutely Not!!! Sports massage is for anyone!!! Whether you're a seasoned competitor or experiencing pain due to work related activities, sports massage techniques are suitable for all.

Will It Be Painful?

It is completely normal for clients to feel sore after a massage, the techniques used are designed to stimulate muscles that clients may not usually use, which results in delayed onset of muscle soreness (D.O.M's) just like after exercise, this being said it is 
 "The client" That determines the pressure they would like.

How Do I Pay for My Session?

Payment is to be made at the time of booking, if you are unable to attend your appointment then a strict cancellation period of 24hrs applies
​

Cancellations and No Shows Policy.

All cancellations received 24hrs in advance of your pre -arranged treatment will be honoured and full payment carried forward to an alternative appointment time. Cancellations that occur with less than 24hrs notice will result in being charged the full cost of treatment up to £45. No shows or clients who miss their appointments without any prior notice will be charged the full treatment cost.
